When Travis Kelce isn’t catching touchdown passes, he’s kicking back in his swanky 10,000-square-foot Kansas City estate.
But there’s no comparing the cozy confines of Kelce’s digs to his new flame Taylor Swift’s jaw-dropping $150 million real estate empire that stretches from coast to coast — and across the pond.
The Chiefs tight end snagged himself a custom-designed, seven-bedroom mansion in Kansas City’s ritzy Briarcliff West neighborhood in 2019.
For a cool $995,000, he made this place his own. The house got a major facelift in 2007, with upgrades aplenty to the main floor and upper level.
Despite boasting an estimated net worth of around $30 million, Kelce is keeping it simple in this lavish abode.
It’s got five bathrooms, two half baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a recreation room, a gym and wine storage with a built-in bar. Outside features include a dining space, the expansive swimming pool complete with a gazebo, a private balcony and even a martini deck off the master bedroom overlooking the pool.
This place also boasts two family rooms, a theater room, a study on the main level and a second office/loft on the second level.
Meanwhile, Kelce also owns a humble 1,434-square-foot condo in Orlando, shared with his parents and his brother, Jason Kelce. This little Florida gem set him back $355,000 when he snagged it in 2019.
In recent years, Kelce has even been spotted living it up in a swanky Kansas City high-rise called One Light Luxury.
The building, erected in 2015, stands 25 stories tall in the heart of downtown KC, making it the perfect spot to enjoy local restaurants, shops, concerts and nightlife.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, a complimentary gym membership and free Google Fiber internet services.
On the flipside, Swift’s real estate empire far outweighs Kelce’s. This pop sensation has been dominating the music industry for more than a decade, raking in the big bucks with albums, tours that sell out faster than you can say “Swifties” and merchandise that flies off the shelves.
Her net worth? A staggering $740 million, making her the second-richest self-made woman in music, just behind Rihanna’s $1.4 billion, and ahead of Madonna’s $580 million.
But it’s not just music that’s been making Swift the queen of the castle. Since 2011, she’s been quietly amassing a real estate portfolio that would make even the most seasoned property tycoon green with envy. With properties in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Rhode Island and more, her real estate holdings are valued at a whopping $150 million.
Swift, 33 and Kelce, 33, were recently seen enjoying a post-game meal at a local Kansas City eatery, and they didn’t just dine and dash. Nope, they shut the place down.
Kelce and the 12-time Grammy winner made Prime Social Rooftop in Kansas City their own personal playground. The fun lasted late, and the lovebirds were reportedly “very affectionate.”
“Travis bought out the restaurant for his family and team. Taylor arrived, wearing a denim dress, and was seen snacking, having some cocktails and dancing alongside Travis,” an eyewitness spilled. “The two were very affectionate with one another but kept things fun and lighthearted. Travis’ teammates also showed up to the after-party, as well as his mom, Donna Kelce. The party lasted until 2 a.m.”
