The 45-year-old mother first shared the health scare during last month’s Season 7 premiere of The Kardashians.
While speaking to sister Kourtney, 46, Kim announced that doctors had found a ‘little’ aneurysm on her brain scan.
She said medical experts believed the bulge had been brought on by ‘stress.’
After her MRI, cameras showed Kim in tears as she spoke on the phone and asked: ‘Why the f**k is this happening?’
Kim explained the situation was worse than she first understood.
Kourtney said she had spoken with a brain surgeon, only to learn that the aneurysm could rupture under severe stress — something she faced constantly.
