Patrick Mahomes knows that when he looks over to the sideline on game day, he will always see his biggest supporter, Brittany, who knows how to pull off a great gameday outfit.
But on Sunday, Pat was seeing double, as Brittany took their daughter Sterling Mahomes to the Kansas City Chiefs versus Minnesota Vikings game at US Bank Stadium, dressed like twins in matching jackets made for the MVP.
Brittany and Sterling wear custom Mahomes jackets
Patrick’s wife and oldest child sported identical, custom-made, black leather jackets, with Mahomes’ name and jersey number stitched on the back in Kansas City’s iconic red and yellow.
Brittany rounded off her look with fashionable black jeans and black and gold sneakers.
Sterling took a different route but stuck to the Chiefs colors, stealing the show with her with bright red pants with white and red frills at the bottom and pristine white kicks. Her red and yellow hair bows were the perfect final touch from Mama Mahomes.
Chiefs add to Vikings misery
With twice the support on the sideline, the Chiefs won 27-20 to improve their record to 4-1 on the season, led by 281 yards and 2 touchdowns from Mahomes. Travis Kelce got hurt at the beginning of the game, but came back to score a clutch touchdown, although Taylor Swift was not in attendance in Minneapolis.
The Vikings fell to 1-4 at home, and if that wasn’t bad enough, they announced Tuesday morning that all-Pro wide receiver Justin Jefferson was placed on injured reserve because of a hamstring injury.
