King Charles and William’s cold reaction to Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary; It’s business as usual for King Charles as the buzz continues to surround Meghan Markle’s new Netflix documentary. With Love, Meghan is out today.

It’s one of the most highly-anticipated shows on Netflix with millions tuning in to watch, but Meghan Markle’s documentary will have ‘no affect on the Royal family at all’.
It will be business as usual for the royal family, and insider said, as the excitement continues to buzz surrounding the Duchess of Sussexes’ show With Love, Meghan, where she gives fans a glimpse inside her day-to-day life, and the joy of cooking with pals.
A source told The Irish Star: “Meghan’s documentary will have no affect on the Royal family at all. The King has a role and will be carrying out his all his duties in the usual way, and so will Prince William. “It’s unfortunate because Harry is still his son and he loves him and his family very much. But these documentaries do not help in mending their rift.”
The royal family are still reeling after Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview, followed by his tell-all book. Meanwhile the director of With Love, Meghan, set to hit Netflix screens on March 4, has shared insights into what it’s like collaborating with the Duchess of Sussex. Michael Steed, in conversation with People Magazine, revealed: “Everyone has this one version of her, but she’s just someone who is hustling and working and doing.”
He elaborated on his efforts in setting the stage for the show, stating: “I genuinely wanted to create an environment where she could relax, and I know the pressures of what she deals with on a daily basis. I was happy that we created scenes where she could tap into that part of her life.”
The lifestyle and cookery show, originally planned for January but postponed due to California wildfires, will launch today alongside Meghan’s new ‘As Ever’ merchandise line. The brand’s site features a snapshot of the Duchess with her daughter, hand-in-hand. Speaking of the show’s significance, Meghan expressed to the US magazine that it serves as a lesson for her three year old daughter, Princess Lilibet, on “what it’s like to be a working mom”.
She cherished having Lilibet and five year old Prince Archie on the set, noting: “I loved that my children were able to watch me working and see the balance of that and understand what Mama does and is working to create and share.”, reports the Express.
