She’s Better Than i Was at Her Age. She’s Got It: Kobe Bryant’s Daughter Capri Turned 5 & Her Celebration Shows Off Her Athletic Side
Time moves tragically fast, even if (especially if?) you’ve lost a loved one. On Thursday, Vanessa Bryant had us all in our feels when she celebrated the 5th birthday of her youngest daughter Capri, who she shares with the late Kobe Bryant. (Yes, you read that right: Capri is 5 already!)
In new photos, Capri shows off her athletic side, and we know her famous dad would be proud. “Happy 5th birthday, Capri! 🎉🎂😘” the proud mama wrote on Instagram. “You bring so much sunshine ☀️ to our lives with your smiles, giggles and sweet thoughtfulness. We love you to the moon and back, sweet princess! ❤️ 5️⃣ 👋🏽”
She included three photos in the tribute post, including one of Capri in a Dodgers uniform watching a baseball game. Her hair is up in two buns as she smiles for the camera, clearly just as interested in sports as the rest of her family. In another picture, Capri smiles on a field of green grass, wrapped up in a blanket. The last photo is a special picture of her and her mom, holding hands and smiling in matching red sweatsuits.
Vanessa also shared a photo of Capri on her Instagram story. The little girl wears a purple “Birthday Girl” shirt from Encanto with a matching bow and a white skirt. She’s smiling at Disneyland, posing next to a barbell that looks like it crushed the ground underneath. It looks like she’s having a blast!
Capri got lots of love in the comments section. Ciara wrote, “Happy Birthday Koko Princess! We love you soooo much! ❤️❤️” Mario Lopez said, “❤️❤️❤️.” Model Winnie Harlow commented, “Happy birthday sweet angel baby 😍❤️” Actress La La said, “Happy Birthday Capri!!! I love you so so so much ❤️❤️”
