Dapper Tom Brady arrives at SoFi Stadium for ‘test run’ during Rams-Cowboys preseason game ahead of his announcing….see more
Tom Brady is in the building for the first day of his new career. The seven-time Super Bowl champ arrived at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday for a preseason matchup between the hometown Rams and visiting Dallas Cowboys.
‘Tom Brady is in the building for his test run on the FOX broadcast today before his TV debut in week one for Cowboys-Browns,’ reported DallasCowboys.com’s Nick Harris. Brady was seen on the field a few hours before kickoff, chatting to broadcaster Kevin Burkhardt, and billionaire Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones. The California native looked dapper in a navy suit jacket with matching trousers, a polka dot tie, and brown leather dress shoes.
Curiously, Sunday’s game was being carried by NFL Network and not Fox Sports. It’s been a busy week for the NFL legend, who celebrated his birthday on a yacht before jetting into Paris for the Olympics with his daughter, Vivian, and appearing at a Morgan Wallen concert in Las Vegas.
Last month, Brady revealed he’ll be taking a different approach to his new career as a broadcaster than he did as a player. During an appearance on The Pivot podcast, the 47-year-old admitted he took football ‘too seriously’ compared to other quarterbacks, namely 28-year-old Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes.
‘When I see these young players, I see like Patrick [Mahomes] out there at quarterback, running around, laughing, having fun, I’m like, “I used to be like that. What the hell happened?” Brady said with a laugh.
